Job Summary

The Assistant Field Officer will support the implementation of the CARECHAIN Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) project, focusing on health education, patient tracking, and data collection.

Requirements

• Diploma in Community Development, Social Work, or a related field.
• Competent and certified in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in health education for NCD patients.
• Fluency in both Swahili and English.
