Job Overview

The Bid Manager serves as the strategic orchestrator of the end-to-end bid process. This role involves leading complex, high-value RFP responses (>$5M+ TCV), leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize processes and maximize win probability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead bid qualification processes using frameworks like BANT to determine bid/no-bid recommendations.
  • Own the end-to-end bid plan, coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Pricing, Solution Consultants).
  • Ensure 100% compliance with RFP requirements and manage multi-stage quality reviews.
  • Partner with commercial teams to develop competitive pricing and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize AI and predictive analytics to assess win probability and extraction of requirements.
  • Conduct post-bid win/loss analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in bid/proposal management for BPO, Tech, or Professional Services.
  • Certifications: APMP (Foundation/Practitioner) or PMP is highly valued.
  • Proficiency with bid automation tools (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.) and AI research platforms.
