Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the welfare and discipline of students in the boarding environment.
  • Guide and mentor students to help them reach their full potential.
  • Ensure safety, health, and well-being of students at all times.
  • Promote positive behavior, punctuality, respect, and good hygiene among students.
  • Organize extracurricular activities and maintain a family-like atmosphere.
  • Uphold school policies, safety standards, and child protection procedures.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and contribute to team development.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Tanzanian national with a minimum of a Diploma in Education or Psychology.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an educational or related field.
  • Age 35 years and above, mature and capable of providing parental care to teenagers.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Empathetic, disciplined, and responsible with strong organizational skills.
  • Willing to work overnight and on weekends when required.
  • Medical or nursing experience will be an added advantage.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
