Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the welfare and discipline of students in the boarding environment.
Guide and mentor students to help them reach their full potential.
Ensure safety, health, and well-being of students at all times.
Promote positive behavior, punctuality, respect, and good hygiene among students.
Organize extracurricular activities and maintain a family-like atmosphere.
Uphold school policies, safety standards, and child protection procedures.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and contribute to team development.

Who We’re Looking For

Tanzanian national with a minimum of a Diploma in Education or Psychology.
At least 3 years of experience in an educational or related field.
Age 35 years and above, mature and capable of providing parental care to teenagers.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Empathetic, disciplined, and responsible with strong organizational skills.
Willing to work overnight and on weekends when required.
Medical or nursing experience will be an added advantage.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
