Job Purpose:
Manage overall branch operations, budget, and customer relationships while achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute branch sales plan.
• Grow assets and liabilities through new and existing clients.
• Lead branch staff, ensuring revenue generation and compliance.
• Manage branch operations and back-office processes.
• Build business relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in banking operations.
• Strong market selling and credit analysis skills.
