Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve profitability targets through revenue maximization and prudent cost management.
  • Grow and monitor the branch’s liability and asset portfolios to achieve set business goals.
  • Expand the customer base and ensure retention of existing clients through high levels of satisfaction and cross-selling.
  • Oversee overall branch management through efficient utilization of resources.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework.
