About the Role:
The Business Development Manager drives revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers into paying clients, building long-term relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective corporate and individual clients, partners, and sponsors.
  • Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity data.
  • Assess leads for suitability based on budget, need, and decision-making authority.
  • Engage with clients, present tailored solutions, and negotiate deals.
  • Maintain records and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Professional certifications in sales, negotiation, or leadership (advantageous).
  • 5+ years in financial services business development or B2B sales.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
