Compliance Officer – Coca-Cola Kwanza (Tanzania)

Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to support governance, compliance, and risk management functions within the Finance department. Reporting to the Regional Compliance Manager, the officer will ensure adherence to the RACM model, manage audits, enhance compliance capabilities, and strengthen organizational governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain RACM model and conduct compliance testing.
• Implement and update governance and control policies.
• Coordinate internal, external, and CAD audits.
• Build team capability and drive compliance training.
• Resolve deficiencies and ensure corrective actions.
• Benchmark governance standards with global models.
• Improve processes to mitigate compliance risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or BCom.
• CPA(T), AGA, CIA or CIMA qualifications preferred.
• 4–6 years operational finance experience.
• Strong governance and control experience.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
