Responsibilities

  • Open and maintain customer accounts.
  • Induct customers on DP World online services and new product offerings.
  • Respond to enquiries and customer complaints via phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media.
  • Provide accurate information and resolutions within time limits.
  • Analyze customer needs and report on satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven customer support experience desirable.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work under pressure.
