Job Overview

Altezza Travelling Limited is seeking an experienced Garage Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of mechanics, and ensure vehicle maintenance meets the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of automobile mechanics engaged in repair and servicing.
• Analyze equipment defects to determine the cause of trouble.
• Inspect and test-drive vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Manage inventory of repair parts and requisition replacement stock.
• Prepare repair reports and evaluate worker performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within an automotive repair environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and supplier coordination.
