Job Overview

Provide strategic leadership, technical oversight, and overall management of HAT’s Health and Care portfolio for older people and persons with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, person-centred health and care programming.
• Oversee programme design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Maintain compliance with donor requirements and organisational strategy.
• Contribute to advocacy and resource mobilisation as a member of the SMT.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Public Health, Medical Doctor, Nursing, or related field.
• Extensive experience in humanitarian and/or development programming.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and state salary expectations in the cover letter.
