Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Officer to oversee human resources functions across our multi-sector organization. The ideal candidate will understand HR needs within construction, logistics, and microfinance industries, playing a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
Manage performance appraisals, engagement, and training programs.
Administer compensation and benefits aligned with labor regulations.
Maintain HR metrics and generate analytical reports for management.
Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Supervise and mentor the HR team.
Collaborate with leaders in various sectors to address HR challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ management experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and standard office software.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
