Job Overview

AB InBev is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to manage Finished Goods (FG) within the logistics supply chain. The primary focus of this role is ensuring compliance with inventory governance processes, maintaining quality standards (DPO/VPO), and ensuring all physical stock movements are accurately reflected in SAP.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• FG Quality Management: Ensure inventory quality standards are met, manage blocked stock in SAP, and oversee the freshness and rotation policy.
• Inventory Management: Conduct independent inventory counts, reconcile physical stock with SAP records, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Transaction Validation: Validate packaging receipts, T1/T2 movements, and process breakages or obsolescence write-offs.
• Claims & Settlements: Process container claims and review driver route settlement corrections.
• Governance and Risk: Maintain secure documentation files and conduct 3-point independent checks on all shipments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in warehousing and inventory management within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (Inventory modules), MS Office (Excel & Power BI).
• Added Advantage: Literacy in IBIS or Syspro.
