Your Role:

As a Senior Accountant, you will handle preparatory work for year-end financial statements, ensure accounting records are complete and accurate, perform reconciliations, and prepare documentation ready for financial statement compilation in the Netherlands. You will collaborate directly with Dutch accountants and clients, supported by the FairChain WorkForce management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and complete accounting records (banks, purchases, sales, payroll, etc.).
• Perform reconciliations and adjustments.
• Document and structure working papers and financial files.
• Prepare trial balances and reclassifications.
• Build complete, well-supported files for financial statement compilation.

Requirements:

• CPA-K (Finalist) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 4–5 years of experience in an accounting or audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of year-end closing, financial reporting (IFRS/GAAP), reconciliations, asset management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo or QuickBooks, and advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication skills, including client-facing experience.
• Independent, efficient, and agile problem-solving mindset with leadership potential.
