About the Opportunity
SAVA Tech Financial Services Limited, a licensed microfinance company, seeks an Accountant/Finance Officer to maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and post approved financial transactions
• Maintain bank, cash, and mobile-money records
• Process payments and ensure complete documentation
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian statutory requirements
• Support external and internal audits

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA-T, ACCA) an advantage
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and regulatory environment
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili
