About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks and US GAAP to support month-end close processes for both cash- and accrual-basis clients. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow in a dynamic business environment and capable of managing multiple client accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end close process for clients using QuickBooks Online
• Maintain schedules in Google Sheets to support account balances
• Post general and adjusting journal entries
• Prepare draft reporting packets in Fathom
• Assist with client onboarding and migration to new chart of accounts

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Strong experience with accrual accounting
• Experience in GAAP-compliant environments preferred
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Drive
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (certification a plus)
• Experience with Bill.com and Ramp preferable
• Love for learning and adaptability in evolving processes
• Diligent and efficient with ability to manage multiple clients
