About the Opportunity
Precision Air is seeking a qualified and organized Administrative Officer to support its Maintenance and Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative operations, maintaining accurate records, managing departmental meetings, and coordinating logistics to enhance departmental performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on departmental meetings, ensuring priorities are addressed promptly.
  • Handle petty cash and departmental expenditures efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including handling calls, visitors, and correspondence.
  • Draft official communication and track progress on departmental issues requiring attention.
  • Receive and process incoming correspondence for the Head of Maintenance, following established protocols.
  • Maintain an effective document filing system and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate office equipment usage, repairs, and replacements to maintain smooth functionality.
  • Organize regular and ad hoc meetings, and manage related logistics.
  • Liaise with HR and Administration for staff welfare and PPE requisitions.
  • Chair the M&E Staff Welfare Committee and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Supervise cleaners and maintain hangar cleanliness at all times.
  • Adhere to Safety Management Manual (SMM) Doc ref. PW/CM/002 Chapter 1.6.2 – 1.6.3.
  • Liaise with the AMO sales team to deliver excellent customer service to third-party clients.
  • Assist in marketing and sales of AMO services where required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • Diploma or higher in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Public Administration, or HR and Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
