About the Opportunity
We seek a full-cycle Business Development Manager to own the entire sales motion—from prospecting to closing deals. You’ll build and manage a U.S. client pipeline, working with senior leadership to convert demand into successful placements in a KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize U.S. startups/SMBs and develop multi-threaded relationships
  • Run outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to generate leads
  • Lead needs assessments and design tailored staffing solutions
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and manage contract processes
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline health

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • 4-5+ years B2B new-business sales, ideally BPO to U.S. market
  • Full sales-cycle success from prospecting to close
  • Strong CRM skills (preferably Zoho) and consultative selling expertise
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High integrity, urgency, and ownership mentality
