About the Opportunity
The Chief Executive Officer will lead the overall strategic direction, growth, and performance of Nawiri Digital Bank. The role focuses on driving innovation in digital financial services, strengthening operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable profitability across the bank’s multi-tier digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital bank’s strategic vision and growth roadmap
• Drive market expansion and adoption of the digital ecosystem regionally and globally
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
• Champion product innovation across all digital banking floors
• Lead GTM strategy for onboarding users, merchants, and partners
• Build a high-performing leadership team and foster innovation culture
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services
• Proven record in scaling digital platforms or neobanks
• Deep understanding of financial regulations and digital innovation frameworks
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple countries
• Excellent stakeholder management and investor relations skills
