About the Opportunity
Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd has an exciting opportunity in the Finance and Procurement department for a Country Lead: Procurement. The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible for developing and directing procurement vision and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and direct Procurement vision, targets, and strategies for the country
  • Participate in Group Office Procurement Leadership Team and implement decisions
  • Collaborate with teams to develop category strategies aligned with stakeholders
  • Lead team members in line with management principles
  • Manage direct reports, including target setting and performance reviews
  • Execute and monitor Procurement country action plan and savings plan
  • Lead strategic sourcing for various commodities
  • Forge partnerships with key suppliers to drive value creation

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering
  • 8+ years of leadership experience preferably in FMCG
  • Business acumen and procurement knowledge
  • Technical skills in contracting and negotiations
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and manage teams effectively
