About the Opportunity
WeWorld is an Italian non-governmental organization seeking an experienced Driver for its Coordination Office in Dar es Salaam. The Driver will support logistics, administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily transportation of staff, visitors, and materials
• Maintain assigned vehicle in excellent working condition
• Ensure timely reporting of vehicle defects or repair needs
• Keep accurate vehicle records including mileage and maintenance logs
• Adhere strictly to national traffic regulations and safety procedures
• Support field activities including school outreach campaigns
• Assist logistics and administrative teams with operations

Qualifications and Key Skills

• At least 3 years of professional driving experience
• Valid driving license (Classes A, B and D)
• Good communication and basic reporting skills in English
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office is an advantage)
• Demonstrated integrity and reliability
• Willingness to travel to field locations
• Residence in Dar es Salaam preferred

Contract Information:

• Duration: 12 months with 3-month probation period
• Starting Date: December 2025
• Salary: TZS 580,000 – 650,000 gross per month
