About the Opportunity
MS TCDC is seeking competent individuals to join the faculty of the East Africa Youth Leadership Fellowship as facilitators and mentors to nurture the next generation of East African Leaders in leadership, politics, business, and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive and participatory sessions on assigned topics
• Empower young African youth to become transformative leaders
• Promote mentorship among African youth in various sectors
• Build and promote collaborations and networking amongst youth leaders
• Support leadership skills development in climate justice, gender equality, and digital transition

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Experience in facilitation and mentorship programs
• Knowledge of leadership development and youth empowerment
• Understanding of East African context and development challenges
• Ability to engage and inspire young leaders aged 18-35 years
