About the Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Gym Instructor to ensure guest safety, develop personalized fitness programs, teach exercise classes, and maintain the highest standards of service in our international standard fitness center.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all guests and employees using the Fitness Center
• Evaluate guests’ physical fitness levels and develop personalized programs
• Teach exercise classes and coordinate timetable regularly
• Motivate guests to adhere to fitness programs and achieve goals
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the facility
• Conduct monthly inventory of Fitness Center equipment
• Monitor guest progress and provide ongoing support

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Kenyan Citizen
• Fitness and personal training qualification/certification (mandatory)
• Three years personal trainer/fitness instructor experience in international standard fitness centre
• Excellent grooming skills and professional etiquette
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Health and Wellness knowledge
• Good communication skills
