About the Opportunity
The Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (CCTTFA) seeks an IT Manager to ensure effective planning, development, management, and security of the Agency’s ICT systems and infrastructure, supporting operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all ICT systems, infrastructure, and services
• Develop and implement ICT policies, strategies, and standard operating procedures
• Manage computer networks, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity protocols
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues
• Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Lead the design and updating of the Agency’s official website and digital platforms
• Conduct regular ICT audits and risk assessments

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Master’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, or Business Information Management
• Professional certifications (CompTIA, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, or ITIL)
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in ICT management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP platforms
• Fluency in English; French or Swahili an added advantage
