Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with hospitality, respect, and professionalism.
• Provide accurate and engaging information about mattress types, quality, and prices.
• Assist customers in selecting the best products based on their needs and budgets.
• Record sales accurately and maintain EFD and daily sales records.
• Keep the store clean, well-organized, and products attractively displayed.
• Manage stock, receive new products, and report shortages promptly.
• Achieve sales targets using modern techniques and social media marketing.
• Implement leadership instructions with integrity and teamwork spirit.

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Education: Form IV or higher.
• Fluency in Swahili and English.
• Experience in mattress or furniture sales preferred.
• Proficiency with EFD machines and issuing receipts, proforma, and tax invoices.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Active mobile phone and social media presence.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Age between 18–25 years.
• Knowledge of the Morogoro area preferred.
• Diligence, honesty, and willingness to work long hours.
