Job Summary

To ensure smooth operational delivery, support financial tracking, and coordinate HR administration for a professional training organization. The role requires a strong blend of administration, accounting support, and data analytics to drive operational efficiency and inform management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Operations & Administration:** Coordinate scheduling, logistics, participant management for training programs, and maintain records.
  • **Accounts Support:** Liaise with outsourced accountants for invoicing, reconciliations, and collections; reconcile expenses, petty cash, and track program budgets.
  • **HR Support:** Coordinate staff administration with outsourced HR partners; maintain HR files, onboarding, leave records, and compliance documents.
  • **Data & Analytics:** Generate dashboards and reports across operations, HR, and finance, and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPA/ACCA qualification (added advantage).
  • Minimum **2 years’ experience** in operations, accounts, or administrative roles.
  • Strong business analytics and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, dashboards, analysis).
  • Experience in HR administration is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.
