About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Manager to lead and grow their Core Leadership and Communication Programs, ensuring successful delivery, measurable impact, and continuous expansion. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, skilled in client engagement, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that blends sales, coordination, and program execution to drive visibility and enrolment for foundational development courses.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

  • Generate enrolments and revenue for leadership and communication programs.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with organizations to identify training needs.
  • Present customized solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI.
  • Deliver presentations and demos to HR, L&D, and business leaders.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking and marketing initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main contact for enrolled participants and client organizations.
  • Build long-term partnerships with HR, L&D, and executive decision-makers.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and effective communication.
  • Collect testimonials and success stories to showcase program value.

Program Coordination & Delivery

  • Oversee all logistical and operational aspects of program delivery.
  • Coordinate with facilitators, venues, and participants for smooth execution.
  • Manage materials, attendance, and communication throughout each course.

Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain accurate client and activity data using CRM tools.
  • Prepare performance and pipeline reports on enrolments and revenue.
  • Track KPIs including conversion rates and client satisfaction scores.

Brand & Market Development

  • Represent the organization at leadership forums and industry events.
  • Build networks to increase program awareness and influence.
  • Work with marketing to develop promotional content and case studies.

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years in program management, business development, or corporate training.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online meeting platforms.
