About the Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Program Manager to lead and grow the Winning with Relationship Selling (WWRS) program. This role is central to helping organizations strengthen client trust, improve sales performance, and drive customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong sales acumen and program management experience, responsible for the program’s growth, visibility, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

  • Drive enrolments and revenue for the WWRS program through consultative sales.
  • Conduct discussions with organizations to identify sales challenges and present customized solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and demos to HR, L&D, and sales leadership teams.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main contact for participants and client organizations.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with HR, sales, and business leaders.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, consistent communication, and post-program engagement.

Program Coordination & Delivery

  • Manage logistical and operational aspects of program delivery.
  • Coordinate facilitators, venues, and participants for professional execution.
  • Support trainers during sessions and monitor participant experience.

Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline data using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on enrolments, revenue, and activity.
  • Provide insights to refine sales and delivery strategies.

Brand & Market Development

  • Represent the program at business events, sales forums, and conferences.
  • Build professional networks within B2B and sales industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing on content creation and promotional materials.

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years in program management, B2B sales, or corporate training.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative-selling abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and client empathy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
