About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Python Tutor to lead beginner-to-intermediate Python classes, build project-based learning paths, mentor students, and ensure they graduate with industry-relevant skills in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Python from basics to advanced concepts (OOP, modules, file handling)
• Guide students through real-world mini-projects and portfolio development
• Conduct weekly check-ins, coding clinics, and personalized feedback sessions
• Create quizzes, exams, and coding challenges for student assessment
• Review and improve Python curriculum to maintain relevance
• Support students in building strong GitHub profiles and career readiness

Qualifications and Key Skills

• 2+ years Python development experience
• Strong knowledge of Python fundamentals and OOP
• Experience with frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) or data libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
• Good communication and teaching skills for absolute beginners
• Previous tutoring/teaching experience preferred
• Familiarity with Kenyan tech hiring needs and freelancing platforms
