Job Summary

We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Security Supervisor to lead our security operations. The holder of this position will be responsible for the company’s physical security and asset protection, ensuring a secure environment by developing, implementing, and managing robust security protocols to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s security strategy and ensure alignment with organizations objectives.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review comprehensive Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Supervise access control for both people and vehicles at all facilities and operational sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and surveillance activities to identify vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and manage CCTV systems, alarm panels, and control room operations.
• Conduct spot checks on delivery and collection trucks to ensure safe transit and delivery of materials.
• Investigate and report on any incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities.
• Liaise with local authorities (police, fire departments, hospitals, etc.) for coordinated emergency response.
• Train and sensitize security personnel and staff on company SOPs and emergency procedures.
• Safeguard against contamination risks by enforcing access protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Criminology, Security Management, or Access Control Management.
• Minimum of **4 years** of progressive experience in security management at a supervisory level.
• Excellent understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and crisis management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage a team effectively.
• Impeccable character with high levels of honesty, integrity, and reliability.
• Familiarity with modern security systems (CCTV, access control, Two-Way Radios etc.).
• Knowledge of basic Health & Safety regulations.
