Job Summary
The ideal candidate must have a Diploma or other Certificate in Tours & Travel from a recognized institution. At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.

Minimum Qualification: Diploma

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of tour operations including itinerary planning, reservations, quotations, and customer service.
• Possess knowledge of different inbound and outbound destinations.
• Design flexible tour packages, excursions, and safaris tailored to clients’ needs.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure excellent client service.
• Evaluate and recommend competitive travel and tour costings.
• Explore and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations to ensure sales conversion.
• Source innovative product packages to meet consumer demands.
• Write and translate itineraries; brief clients before travel.
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, and tour partners for bookings.
• Support social media marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• KCSE Grade C+ minimum.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a travel or tour agency.
• Experience liaising with international travel agents/partners.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and complete assignments on time.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong networking and prospecting ability.
