Job Overview

As a Junior System Integrator, you will support the deployment and integration of call-centre platforms, VoIP systems, and CRM solutions such as Odoo alongside senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the configuration of VoIP features including extensions, SIP accounts, and IVR.
  • Support CRM integration tasks such as click-to-dial, screen-pop, and call-log automation.
  • Participate in API-based integrations (REST, webhooks) under technical guidance.
  • Troubleshoot softphones, agent desktops, and call quality issues.
  • Prepare technical diagrams and configuration documentation for customer onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships welcome) in VoIP, CRM support, or networking.
  • Basic understanding of SIP, RTP, and IP networking tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Odoo preferred).
  • Exposure to Linux command-line or Python is a plus.
