Job Title: Accountants (4 positions)

Numbers Associates is a firm dealing with Accounting, Auditing, Tax, Company Secretarial, and Business Consultation.
We are looking for experienced Accountants who will perform a variety of accounting roles for the company (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and ensuring statutory compliance).

Main Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Prepare financial statements and cash flow reports to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts receivables and payables.
  • Ensure monthly submission of statutory returns (PAYE, SDL, VAT, WHT).
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Maintain consistency of payment terms for all vendor invoices and other accounts payable transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or equivalent professional certificate is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3+ years proven work experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Adequate knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
