Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and supplier relationships.
• Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the preparation of the procurement plan and budget.
• Controlling resources within the procurement process.
• Preparing and submitting monthly procurement reports to management.
• Managing payment processes for suppliers (LPOs, invoices, GRNs, inspection reports, etc.).
• Overseeing inventory control, stock taking, issuing, and recording.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective usage of the e-procurement system.
