Job Overview:
FNL Car Market is seeking an energetic and articulate Sales & Marketing Executive with a genuine passion for cars. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting vehicles, handling sales, and ensuring exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. Mass Media graduates will be highly considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote cars through creative reviews, online and offline.
• Manage and follow up on sales leads to convert inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Provide product information and assist customers in selecting the right vehicles.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Age: 23 – 31 years.
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge or passion for cars (mechanical background not required).
• Outgoing, confident, persuasive, self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Prior experience or academic background in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.

• Starting net salary: KES 32,000.
