Job Overview:
Top Choice Surveillance Limited is seeking a skilled Surveyor to work both in the office and on-site, supporting construction and topographical surveying projects. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and safety awareness, with the ability to direct work and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Compute excavation volumes and undertake daily site measurements.
• Prepare leveling designs and undertake topographical surveys.
• Confirm levels and align drainage, sewers, and stormwater systems.
• Design sewer and stormwater profiles and set out structures.
• Perform basic engineering surveying on site.
• Assist with construction staking or site layout surveys.
• Provide technical expertise to other team members.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly survey reports.
• Extract coordinates and prepare data for setting out.
• Liaise with consulting surveyors during design changes.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification in surveying is highly desirable (or progress towards certification).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in surveying for construction projects, including field and office work.
• Strong proficiency with modern surveying tools (Total Stations, GPS, Laser Scanners, etc.).
• Well-organized, safety-conscious, and capable of making quick decisions.
