Position: Operations Customer Expert

Location: Nairobi

Language Requirement: B2 Level French or above

Employment Type: Full Time (Shifts: Day and Night)

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Perform data entry and research to troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
  • Degree or Diploma in a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (French & English).
  • Sales-oriented approach and ability to learn brand history/products quickly.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.
