Role Purpose

The role combines operational supervision and marketing efforts to improve service delivery and grow client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise guards and oversee daily operations.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and performance checks.
• Develop and enforce SOPs.
• Execute marketing strategies and identify new clients.
• Prepare proposals and client presentations.
• Provide operations and marketing performance reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Marketing, or Business.
• 3–5 years of security or marketing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid riding/driving license (advantage).
