Job Purpose

The PA & Administration Manager ensures efficient executive support and smooth administrative operations across all Homes Universal subsidiaries. The role supports the Executive Chairman and maintains operational excellence and coordination.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage Executive Chairman’s calendar, briefs, and communication.
  • Oversee administrative operations across subsidiaries.
  • Supervise admin staff and service providers.
  • Draft letters, memos, reports, and communication.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and facility coordination.
  • Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare administrative reports and track KPIs.
  • Train and supervise administrative teams.

Skills & Expertise Required

  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Professional reporting and documentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.
  • Leadership and multitasking skills.
  • High integrity and confidentiality.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies (added advantage).
  • Professional Executive PA training preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 5–7 years of executive and administrative support experience.
  • Experience managing admin teams.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-subsidiary environments.
