Job Overview

HRM 365 is seeking proactive Pharmacy Telesales Agents in Dar es Salaam. This role is perfect for goal-oriented individuals who can promote pharmaceutical and consumer health products through a modern, AI-powered marketplace.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
• Product Expertise: Clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotions for OTC and personal care items.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with pharmacies and follow up on leads to maximize conversion.
• Administration: Accurately process orders and maintain up-to-date customer records in the sales system.

Qualifications and Experience

• Knowledge: Familiarity with common pharmacy, OTC, and cosmetic products.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Telesales, call center sales, or FMCG sales.
• Skills: Exceptional persuasion, listening, and computer literacy skills.
• Attributes: Confident, articulate, and able to meet monthly sales targets under pressure.
