About the Role
MERIDIANBET is seeking a reliable and careful IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure smooth IT operations across company branches, provide technical support, and maintain all hardware and software systems. We value:

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair slot machines and betting terminals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Provide IT support across betting outlets
  • Ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime
  • Travel to different company branches for on-site technical support

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an IT Technician
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge of networking and Windows OS
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
