Job Overview

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between sales and clients, designing innovative ICT solutions involving hardware, software, and networking services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to design technical solutions (BOM and architecture diagrams).
• Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for ICT platforms.
• Act as an SME for Servers, Storage, Networking (Firewalls, Switches), and Cloud solutions.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.
• Attend online sales partner training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in pre-sales or systems engineering within the ICT industry.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
