Job Overview

The Key Purpose of this role is to operate, maintain, repair and optimise plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate plant and identify unsafe work practices.
• Record and Interpret process Critical Parameters in Logbooks and SIC.
• Partake in cleaning, lubrication, and inspection by the maintenance team.
• Carry out running repairs on plant and equipment.
• Train, coach, and mentor operation staff on ATO and 5S principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 Years operating utilities plants or as an Artisan in a similar industry.
• Experience in Utilities would be advantageous.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
