Job Summary

The Process Operator will operate and maintain the packaging process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output in line with AB InBev standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery: start-up, shutdown, and running.
• Perform brand pack changes.
• Conduct autonomous maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance.
• Support training and development of operational teams.
• Participate in problem-solving activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in packaging operations.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Manual dexterity and alertness.
