Job Overview

KEDA (Tanzania) Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and oversee the entire recruitment process. The ideal candidate will ensure the hiring of top talent to meet company growth and workforce needs, while collaborating with various departments to design and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices to attract top talent.
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offers.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to improve processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to maintain performance standards.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing a team and handling large-scale recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and ATS systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
