Job Overview

KCB Bank Tanzania is seeking to recruit a Regional Relationship Officer to join its team in Arusha. The role is responsible for recruiting new customers, managing retail client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving business growth through cross-selling and up-selling of bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new customers to grow the bank’s portfolio.
  • Ensure all newly sourced accounts comply with KYC and AML guidelines.
  • Monitor personal loan schemes’ PAR (Portfolio at Risk) at the branch level.
  • Maintain and manage retail client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling of bank products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, compliance standards, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Experience in sales or relationship management within the financial sector is an added advantage.
