About the Role:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue and growth by acquiring High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow the number of HNW clients and Net New Money (NNM).
• Increase product per client and revenue per client.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk and bank policies.
• Provide outstanding client experiences and follow up on leads.
• Build long-term relationships, understand client financial needs, and recommend investment solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and campaigns.

Regulatory & Business Conduct:

• Adhere to the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risk and compliance matters collaboratively.

Skills & Experience:

• Banking knowledge and sales experience.
• Experience providing complex wealth solutions.
• Relationship management skills for affluent and ultra-high clients.
• Market awareness, commercial acumen, and flexible work approach.
