Job Summary

The Research Officer will support study implementation, ensure adherence to protocols, maintain high-quality data collection, ensure GLP compliance, and provide leadership within the testing facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing study plans and protocols.
  • Ensure availability and adherence to SOPs.
  • Monitor procedures and corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Document and record all raw data accurately.
  • Assist in writing the final report and validating study data.
  • Prepare written and oral progress reports.
  • Validate computerized systems and ensure all equipment is calibrated.
  • Archive study materials after completion.
  • Maintain equipment storage, supplies, and records.
  • Track operational performance.
  • Support internal training and communication.
  • Maintain safety and efficiency in laboratory operations.
  • Conduct equipment maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology.
  • Experience in GLP studies and report writing.
  • Experience using STATA.
  • Phase one experiment experience.

Skills

  • Strong teamwork and independent work ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
