About the Role:
Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of civil works. Ensures structural integrity, quality assurance, cost control, and compliance with statutory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee construction of roads, buildings, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
• Prepare engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with design and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and surveyors.
• Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and material schedules.
• Support tendering and contract administration.
• Recommend innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Graduate Engineer (EBK); Professional Engineer registration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years civil and structural engineering experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, structural analysis tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
