Msando HR Solutions, on behalf of its client, is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Human Resource Officer with a strong legal background. The ideal candidate will support HR operations while ensuring the organization complies with all Tanzanian labor laws and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and employment standards.
  • Draft, review, and update employment contracts, HR policies, and company procedures.
  • Provide legal guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping in line with legal requirements.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and labor compliance issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working experience in HR with a focus on labor law and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws, employment contracts, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
