Job Purpose:
Lead design and implementation of training and development strategies to enhance staff skills, leadership, and learning culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual training plans and budgets.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and implement programs.
  • Oversee induction, leadership development, and e-learning platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and manage external training partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor Training & Development team.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Public Admin, Industrial Relations, or related.
  • 13+ years experience in HR and training.
  • Certifications in Training/L&D, Coaching, or HR are an advantage.

Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
